Hi, We have problem with MSP, sometimes he doesn´t play sound, fader is up but no sound. Same that story play again and it is OK,why? It´s like that from begining. Thanks...

Hi Emma That's because your ENPS system isn't sending the information to Mosart. Right now Mosart uses the Actual column. If you put the story duration in that column, it will work. If you want to use another column, you have to change the ENPS setup....

I don't have any documentation. But if you can get access to the TimingDisplay computer, there is a mouse over text on each timer....

If the endphrase is too long, not all of it will show in Mosart GUI. But Mosart shows the beginning of the endphrase, which is kinda funny. Mosart should show the end of the endphrase, if it's too long....

At TV 2 NEWS we have a template for wall graphics that includes a cut at the video switcher. But unlike the camera template, it is not possible to see in the GUI which camera the video switcher will cut to in a graphics template. We have a couple of template sets where the only difference is a different audio fader. If I create a new template, I have to copy it to the other template set and change the fader. That's not a problem. But if I have to do the same with more templates, I have to change template sets too many...

I agree. But only with cameras. If you put DVEs in preview it should stay in preview even if you cut to another camera. Camera does not use preview anyway. But it should still change preview for other sources. The only drawback is that you would have press F9 to get rid of it if you don't use the...

When the name of a story in iNews is deleted, the story also disappears from Mosart. We've had a few incidents, where the anchor by mistake puts a newspaper or something on the space key and suddenly a story dissapears. Mosart shouldn't rely so much on the name of a story ...

This is concerning Viz graphics. If we have a fullscreen graphic in the headlines and that same graphic is in the first story, the graphic won't reload, if there hasnet been another fullscreen graphic inbetween. Mosart should reload the graphic, if it is in another story....
